EDUCATION overview
To develop knowledge, skills and confidence in the palliative approach to care for individual health professionals and various workforce groups working in primary care, enabling them to effectively implement the palliative approach to care. This includes fostering an understanding of the principles of palliative care, such as holistic, person-centred care, symptom management, and advanced care planning.
