EDUCATION overview
This education equips health professionals with the skills and tools necessary to effectively identify and respond to emotional cues from patients.

Through a simulation-based learning experience, participants engage in role-play scenarios with professional actors portraying simulated patients, allowing them to practice and refine their communication skills in emotionally charged situations.

These scenarios are tailored to reflect real-life emotional challenges participants commonly encounter. A trained facilitator works closely with each participant and simulated patient during the role play, offering real-time feedback to explore emotions and guide empathetic and appropriate responses.

An evidence-based communication framework will be provided to help participants identify and interpret both verbal and non-verbal emotional cues, enhancing their ability to conduct compassionate, productive conversations with patients and their families.
